Arnab De
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. De, CPA, CGMA, CMA, MBA, is a seasoned mining executive with nearly 20 years’ experience in financial management, mine financial planning, business optimization and strategy development. He is the principal of Resurgent Montreal Inc., a financial management consulting firm. Prior to that he served Tata Steel for 19 years, last occupying the position of CFO at JCAPCPL (a 50:50 JV of Tata Steel with Nippon Steel) producing automotive steels. Prior to that, he was appointed as the CFO for Tata Steel Minerals Canada in 2011, where he oversaw the DSO project from conception and gained +$1.3B in investment funding.

Jonathan Gagné
Director

Jonathan Gagné, P.Eng., MBA, has a B.Sc. in mining engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA with specialization in corporate finance from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Mr. Gagné has more than 12 years of experience in the mining field, both in technical knowledge and in management. From the start of his career, he participated in the construction and commissioning of the Meadowbank gold project located in Nunavut, was responsible for the mine engineering department for the consulting company SGS Geostat and was the engineer in charge to support the in-pit operations for Glencore Zinc, and this around the world. More recently, he was managing director of Sayona Quebec, a company aiming to develop the Authier lithium project and currently works for the company Greenstone Gold Mines.

Michel Gagnon
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Gagnon is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Alliance Magnesium Inc. since November 2017. Alliance is a privately-owned Canadian company who has developed technology to process magnesium contained in serpentine rock. Alliance plans to invest a total of $600 million to build a full-scale magnesium metal production plant with a production capacity of 50,000 tons/year. The project calls for the commissioning of a pre-commercial plant of 11 700 million tonnes and a full commercial-sized plant of 50 000 million tonnes. Previously, Mr. Gagnon was the Vice-President Finance and Business Development as well as Corporate Secretary of Aluminerie Alouette, the largest smelter in the Americas. A Business Graduate from the University of Québec in Montréal, Mr. Gagnon is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and serves on several boards. Mr. Gagnon was awarded CFO of the year in 2012 by the Financial Executive Institute for the private enterprise in Québec.

Maxime Lemieux
Director

Mr. Lemieux, counsel in the National Capital Markets and M&A Group at McMillan LLP, has 15 years of experience in securities law. His practice is focused on securities, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions matters. Representing both issuers and investment dealers, Mr. Lemieux has experience in private and public debt and equity offerings. He has also acted as lead counsel in a number of private and public merger and acquisition transactions and corporate reorganization, as well as a variety of negotiated transactions, including reverse take-over, exempt take-over bids and proxy contests. He also sits on the board of several public companies. Admitted to the Québec Bar in 2006, Mr. Lemieux also has an MBA.

Yves Rougerie
Director

Mr. Rougerie, P.Geo. is a graduate of Montréal’s UQAM in Earth Sciences and brings 40 years of experience in the mining exploration and development business. He has been the President and CEO of Vision Lithium and its predecessors since 2007. Throughout his career, Mr. Rougerie has worked for several companies, including AREVA and AUR Resources. He played a significant role in the exploration, discovery and development phases of Aur Resources’ Louvicourt Cu-Zn-Ag-Au Mine near Val-d’Or, participated in the discovery and definition of Areva’s “L” uranium-gold deposit and Vision’s nearby Epsilon high grade discoveries in the Otish Mountains and was responsible for the initial discovery of the Gladiator gold deposit of Bonterra Resources, all in Québec. Mr. Rougerie has a wide range of experience in exploration techniques and project management pertaining to narrow-vein Gold, VMS Cu-Zn, uranium- gold and lithium deposits. Mr. Rougerie was also a founding Director of Scorpio Mining Corporation, now Americas Gold and Silver Corp.

Quentin Yarie
Director

Mr. Yarie is an experienced geophysicist and a successful mining entrepreneur. He has more than 25 years of industry experience in senior executive roles, founding and leading companies domestically and internationally. He is recognized for his relationship management capabilities and broad leadership skillset, with extensive project management, business development, and corporate governance experience. He has financed and developed multiple companies, by attracting and retaining top talent. He is an effective communicator who synergistically interacts with other directors, providing clear and concise counsel, with a strong interest in First Nations’ communication and negotiation.

Adree Delazzer
Special Advisor

Ms. DeLazzer has over 15 years of experience in greenfield and brownfield exploration, with a focus on precious metals, rare earth metals (REE), uranium, and diamonds. Most recently, Ms. DeLazzer was with Kirkland Lake Gold Limited, where she held the position of Superintendent of Geology for the Detour Lake Gold Mine in northeastern Ontario, the second largest open pit gold producing mine in Canada, as well as Exploration Manager responsible for overseeing several multi-million-dollar exploration campaigns covering 1,000 km2 of greenstone belt in the Abitibi. She is a skilled exploration professional geologist who was notably an integral part of the 58N zone discovery, and of the large West Detour exploration campaigns of 2020 and 2021. Prior to working for Kirkland Lake Gold and Detour Gold, Ms. DeLazzer worked as a Senior Project Geologist on multi commodity targets in Newfoundland and Labrador for Silver Spruce Resources. She also worked as a geologist for BHP Billiton at the Ekati Diamond Mine in the Northwest Territories. Ms. DeLazzer has a B.Sc. in Earth Science from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova-Scotia, and is registered in Ontario as a professional geologist.
